Our Family business was started in 1993 when Joann and David Sr. traveled through Bullhead City and found that a full-time hearing center was not available in this area. Within two months they had moved from Phoenix and opened the first office in May of that year.
Joann has been fitting hearing instruments since 1984 and was previously licensed in Wisconsin. David was licensed in 1991 and has since been Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences(BCHIS) and was certified a an Occupational Health Industrial Hearing Conservationist(COHC). Joann and David have been honored by the Governor of Kentucky when they were awarded commissions as Colonels in the Kentucky Militia in recognition of their humanitarian and charitable work.
Joann and Davids son oversees the day to day operations of the company. Their son is an outstanding “fitter” and his computer knowledge makes him the most technically competent hearing aid dispenser in the Tri-state area. His personality and genuine concern for the patients better hearing endears their son to all who come to see him.
He has been dispensing hearing instruments since 1997 when he left the US Army to join the business to be able to spend more time with his wife and seven (that’s correct 7) children.
Cora is the Director of Administrative Services and Patient Coordinator. She coordinates and directs all of the administrative activities in both of our offices. Cora works closely with the manager and our clients to assure that the patient has a pleasant experience and, if any problem should arise, she is ready, willing and able to see that it is corrected.
